Ravenswing Park is idyllically located near historic Tadley, and offers rural peace and tranquillity, as well as an array of local amenities on your doorstep.

Situated just a stone’s throw from Tadley, you’ll enjoy a flourishing community of shops and businesses, as well as a post office, local health centre, library, bank and church. There’s history and heritage in abundance as Tadley’s roots date back to the 14th century, when it became known for its brickmaking. The present Brick Street acts as a reminder of times past. And Brimpton Common is also close by; a charming old village, its history dates even further back than Tadley, with references to boundary markers dating to AD940.

From the M4 Junction 12, take the A4 south towards Aldermaston village and follow the A340 to Tadley. At the first set of traffic lights opposite Lloyds Bank, turn left into Silchester Road for 350 yards. At the pub, turn left into Winkworth Lane and the Park is 180 yards on the right. From the M3 Junction 6, follow signs to A340 Aldermaston into Tadley. Turn right at traffic lights into Silchester Road as above.

Fees

Moving to one of our Haulfryn Homes is usually more cost effective than a traditional home, but it's good to bear in mind that there are some costs you will need to build into your budget. You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
