From Junction 9 of the M20 follow the Ashford/ Canterbury sign. At the roundabout take the A20 Lenham exit. Follow this road for approximately 6 miles. At next large roundabout take the exit marked A252 to Canterbury, follow this road for a further 2 miles and you will see the Park on your right next to Shakra Centre.

Fees

Moving to one of our Haulfryn Homes is usually more cost effective than a traditional home, but it's good to bear in mind that there are some costs you will need to build into your budget. You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
