Fees and park rules

Unlike conventional living, owners must adhere to park rules. They are intended to make life on the park enjoyable for everyone and to ensure standards of cleanliness, civility and care are kept. Some parks do not accept pets and some parks have minimum age requirements, so check that the rules match your lifestyle requirements.

Part-exchange
Part-exchange and move in quickly

Trying to sell your existing property can be stressful, expensive and time consuming. However, with our part-exchange scheme you’ll enjoy a hassle-free home move.

Our park team can put you in touch with a trusted independent company. Two local independent estate agents will be instructed to visit your property for an assessment. They will produce a thorough report and valuation to agree a price with you for the part exchange.

Subject to an approved survey, and your agreement to a price for your property, you can exchange contracts and move in to your new park home immediately.

Not only will you save time, money and hassle, but you are safe in the knowledge that you can reserve the home of your choice with the certainty that you will be able to move in quickly. It gets even better – that’s because there is no need to deal with an estate agent, or the worry of being caught in a chain.

Assisted Move
Moving made easy

Our Assisted Move Scheme has been designed to provide you with extra support when selling your existing home.

We will arrange for your property to be appraised, speak to local estate agents, and report our recommendations and findings to you. No legal or estate agency fees are paid upon the sale of your bricks and mortar property when you use our recommended independent service provider, A2B Assured Move.
