Unlike conventional living, owners must adhere to park rules. They are intended to make life on the park enjoyable for everyone and to ensure standards of cleanliness, civility and care are kept. Some parks do not accept pets and some parks have minimum age requirements, so check that the rules match your lifestyle requirements.

You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
