From the M3 junction 4a, bear left on A327 and take the first exit at the roundabout. At the next roundabout come back on yourself and go down Kennels Lane. Fees

Moving to one of our Haulfryn Homes is usually more cost effective than a traditional home, but it's good to bear in mind that there are some costs you will need to build into your budget. You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
