Willow Tree Farm is a quintessential seaside retreat. Located just moments from the peaceful coastal town of Hythe, you will enjoy pretty beaches and the best of park home living.

As one of the original Cinque Ports, Hythe boasts over 1,000 years of history. A peaceful seaside town where you are assured of enjoying a slower pace of life and a friendly atmosphere, Hythe is located midway between Hastings and New Romney to the west, and Dover and Sandwich to the east. Fees

Moving to one of our Haulfryn Homes is usually more cost effective than a traditional home, but it's good to bear in mind that there are some costs you will need to build into your budget. You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
