West Close - off Dewlands Road, Verwood, Dorset, BH31 6PR,

On the A31 at Ringwood, take the B3081 signposted to Verwood, through Verwood village. Pass the fire station,  traight over at the roundabout, then take the 2nd left (Dewlands Road) and 1st right (West close) and Dewlands Park is found at the bottom of West Close.

Moving to one of our Haulfryn Homes is usually more cost effective than a traditional home, but it's good to bear in mind that there are some costs you will need to build into your budget. You will still have to pay Council Tax, but this will be in the lowest Band of A or for a few of our homes Band B. You will need to pay a small monthly fee and these range by park and property size, starting from the price stated in the table. Utilities such as Gas, Electricity and Water are payable as they are used.
